SMILES Workshop - Teachers and Librarians wanted for a workshop on disinformation (BELGIUM)
Call: Teachers and Librarians wanted for a workshop on disinformation in Belgium (Flanders)
Are you a teacher, a librarian or a youth worker in a library? Do you want to discuss and tackle disinformation and fake news with your students or young readers, but don't know how? Then this workshop is for you!
Workshops
SMILES has prepared a series of activities, materials and tools about disinformation that can be used right away in your classroom or library. This allows young people aged 12 to 16 to develop their knowledge and skills in recognising and combating fake news and disinformation. To show you what these modules include and how they can be used in your classroom or library activities, we are now organising a series of workshop (location yet to be determined) from Wednesday 7th to Saturday 10th September 2022. This workshop lasts half a day and you can choose when you want to participate, but pre-registration is required (the deadline for registration is the 15th July).
Register here to help young people fight disinformation!
