The Hague University of Applied Sciences
The Hague University of Applied Sciences (www.thehagueuniversity.com) offers 45 higher professional education courses in full-time, part-time and dual (combination of learning and working) form. In addition, the university conducts applied research in 31 research groups. Staff for the complete university of applied sciences is 2331, 1843 fte. In 2020 25.496 students from 133 different countries were enrolled. 3464 students graduated. The 45 courses are distributed over 7 faculties: Public Management, Law & Safety; Business, Finance & Management; Health, Food & Sport; IT & Design; Management & Organisation; Masters & Professional Courses; Social Work & Education; Technology, Innovation & Society.
The 31 research groups are distributed over 7 Centres of Expertise: Cyber Security; Digital Operations and Finance; Global and Inclusive Learning; Global Governance; Governance of Urban Transitions; Health Innovation; Mission Zero.
The research group Sustainable Talent Development participates in Global and Inclusive Learning. The total number of researchers in the research group is 18 (5,2 fte). They are assisted by one management assistant. The research of the research group was in 2020 performed in collaboration with 120 knowledge partners and resulted in 27 publications (of which 8 conference papers and 4 peer-reviewed journal articles).
